1870's(?) Seefeldt SARV Bb Trombone This is a beautiful and rare William Seefeldt side-action-rotary-valve Bb Trombone that is made to play in both "High Pitch" and "Low Pitch" due to a set of original tubes that slide over the main tuning slide to lengthen or shorten it. It is made of a heavy and thick German Silver and is the best playing playing SARV 1800's Trombone that I have owned . . . and I have owned about a dozen. It is in excellent condition and plays as well as it looks. No restoration work is needed!!! It is dent free and all of the valves and slides work smoothly. This trombone does not comes with a case or mouthpiece.
This Trombone would go great with a Seefeldt SARV Cornet that I am now selling!!
As I now say with all of the vintage instruments that I sell, this is a vintage instrument so don't expect it to play like a modern professional model instrument. I will only offer a refund if I have grossly misrepresented this instrument in my discription. If you have questions, please ask them.
